How many weeks will you need your totes in total? You will likely need at least ONE week to pack, and at least ONE week to unpack. Most people rent them for 2-4 weeks. If you need them for longer than 8 weeks, please give us a call.

Description

Relocating from one office space to another involves a different set of considerations compared to moving from a house. Our Office Package helps the process when transitioning between office spaces.  The Office Package is made up of a formula that determines which one is best for your office requirements.  Most likely the move will be handled internally along with hiring professional movers to assist with it.

While utilizing our bins, organization is key. You will be able to handle all sensitive items (confidential documents, prototypes) and pack documents, files, office supplies, more securely. Be sure to label the bins clearly for easy unpacking once you relocate.

Employees may also have personal items in their workspaces that need to be packed such as documents, computers, awards ect.  Two of our plastic bins will be sufficient per staff member to accomplish this.

The Office Package will help with your inventory check and make sure that all items are loaded onto the moving truck. There’s no worse feeling than realizing you forgot some things while unpacking making it a longer process than it needs to be.

When you get to your new location make sure you unpack systematically, setting up workstations, arranging furniture, and connecting IT equipment.

Upon completion of the move a nice added touch would be to host an office warming event to celebrate your new space and boost team morale.
